Flint Owl Bakery, Lewes.

As an ex resident of Lewes, I was very familiar with the Flint Owl Bakery. A famous spot in town and central to many catch ups and idea bouncing for many of the towns residents. I used to love picking up a loaf of sea salt and rosemary sourdough after walking the dog along the river on a Saturday.

So it was a delight for an email to land in my inbox with a request for me to capture the bustling spirit of this busy cafe and shop. Flint Owl have three sites with shops also in Brighton and East Grinstead, which I also captured, but I am sharing the photos from Lewes here today.
