Peters Yard: Food Production Photography.

On a warm, summers day in July 2021, I arrived at a factory in London where I was meeting the lead designer of Peters Yard to capture some of their production process. From the ancient sourdough starter to traditional baking processes, it was fascinating learning about the high quality products and suppliers they use and capturing the process really made me think differently about food production and the role of machines.
